Our Human Resources policy is built on several priorities :

  • • Career management with the development of recognised skills through training and in-house mobility opportunities, etc.

  • • Involvement of all employees in the company's development as reflected in MBOs (or individual and team incentive bonuses) – Mandatory and discretionary profit sharing schemes.
  • • Management : a close relationship between managers and their staff (participation-based approach).
  • • Internal Communications : the in-house newsletter "Info-Contact" issued every four months – the "LOOKAT" Intranet (with dedicated Human Resources sections) – an in-house survey conducted every 2 years to identify areas for improvement.
